Our Expectations

  • Please keep your appointments. We may need to charge for the time reserved for you unless we have 24 hours notice
  • Please pay for your treatment on time and as requested
  • Please respect our staff and other patients
  • Listen to our advice and do your best to follow it
  • Talk to us – let us know what’s good and what might improve your experience
